Cancelled an order but they charged me and shipped it anyway

I emailed them three days before my next shipment was supposed to go out to cancel the order and cancel any future orders too. They replied back like normal saying they understand and they would do it. But they didn't. They still charged me and then a day later after the charge they shipped the product out anyway.

While I was waiting I saw the charge pending and kept emailing them trying to stop it. They just wouldn't reply at all. Then once the shipment was confirmed they started emailing again saying how they understand. It was really bizarre. I lost $34.98.
