Ordered supplements online and never got anything back

I ordered from this website purely-nutra.com and they took $530 from me. That was back a while ago and I never got my order. Nothing. No tracking number no nothing.

I called the number they gave me 1(863) 263-0264 and it was just some fake AI robot answering. Not a real person. The address they have is 3702 W SPRUCE ST in Tampa Florida. I emailed [email protected] and nobody replied.

I looked them up and found out they used to trade as Free Range Supplements and got shut down. They seem to be doing the same thing now. Somebody in Florida needs to do something. Google Trustpilot and you will see what I mean.

Charged for a VIP membership I never signed up for

I saw their supplement all over Facebook ads and decided to buy it. After I purchased it, they claimed they let me know I signed up for some VIP membership that charges $49.99 every month. I never authorized any membership. I didn't get any details about it on my receipt, or a login, or anything. I only got one receipt for the first purchase I actually made.

They kept my card on file. My bank said they had an online token to keep my card info. They won't refund all the money. They won't call you back or respond about this scam. I've seen hundreds, maybe thousands, of other complaints just like mine online.
