Instagram ad for LOVILDS item never showed up

I saw an ad on Instagram and bought a LOVILDS item from purelybought.com on June 8th, 2026. They gave me a tracking number right away. After a couple weeks I checked it and it still said in transit in the USA.

July 4th came and I still got nothing. I tried to use the tracking number again and it just doesn't exist anymore. There's no phone number to call anyone. Now the website itself is gone too. I lost $30 on this.
