Lift chair ad with Wayfair logo was not from the US

I saw an ad with a Wayfair logo advertising a clearance on lift chairs. It didn't say the chair was not in the US. After I bought it I got an After Sales email saying the chair was being sent from China and they gave me a tracking number. Then I got an email from Cargolyn Logistics when the chair was in transport.

Then a message came saying the chair did not pass customs. I mentioned a refund and they talked about how long the tax department takes to process refunds. They suggested I order another chair so I did. That one got another tracking number, it passed customs, and Cargolyn Logistics was loading it for delivery. But nobody called or emailed about a delivery date or time so I could be home.

Then I got an email saying my chair was delivered and "the customer" signed for it. I asked both companies for proof of the signature several times and neither gave it to me. I asked for a refund but nothing. I lost $68.77.
