Harassing loan calls after entering info on a website

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, even after I tell them to stop. They are very aggressive and rude when they call.

I never gave them my number or applied for a loan with them. I think they got my info from PurePromox, which is [email protected]. I was trying to buy something online and lost $74.

They call from different numbers sometimes, but the main one is 888-269-4978. It's really stressing me out getting these calls all the time.
