Paid for an order from PureRawz that never arrived, then they asked for more money
They did send a USPS tracking number after that, but I never got the package. The tracking showed it was returned to sender. I contacted them to ask for a reshipment. They told me I had to pay a restocking fee first. I paid that fee.
Then they came back and said I actually had to pay a much higher fee. That didn't make any sense to me, so I just asked for a full refund instead. Once I asked for the refund, they completely stopped responding to my emails. I've tried contacting [email protected] and calling (214) 702-9022, but I get nothing back.
