Ordered golf product, got fake tracking links and no refund

I ordered a product from Purestrike Golf Co. After I paid, I got an email saying it shipped. They included a tracking number. But when I clicked it, the link took me to a fake tracking website. That site was expired.

I contacted their support about it. They just gave me another fake tracking website link. So I never got my product.

I contacted support again to ask for a refund since I never received anything. They have not contacted me back. It's been $57 and I have nothing to show for it.
