Online cat supplement company only offers 30% refund for returns

There is this online company called PurrVita.com that is ripping people off. They scare you into thinking your cat needs extra taurine supplements.

I only ordered one but they charged me for two. And then my cat won't even eat it because the smell is so strong. When I tried to return it they said they can only give me a 30% refund because the company is in China. If I want a full refund I have to ship it back to China on my own dime.

There is nothing on their website saying the products aren't refundable. I lost $30.
