Bought an AI money-making program but got nothing but runaround

I bought what I thought was a legit way to make money with AI. I never got anything except being told to try to log in and other requests. Every time I asked for a refund—which was advertised as guaranteed—I would just get questions or "help" from a third party called Explodely. They would send me emails to do this or that and after 3 days my query was closed. This happened about 5 times.

So I called the number on my credit card statement and they told me they were only a third party that makes a request for a refund but they couldn't or wouldn't give me the phone number for the seller, Push Project System or pushps. I am so tired of scams and scammers that I could scream.
