Ad on YouTube for an air conditioner but they sent a fan

I saw this ad on YouTube for Qinux Breeze max. They said it was an air conditioner using NASA engineering and the pictures showed a real AC unit. So I bought it for $107.

When I got the package it was not an air conditioner. Just a fan. Who is gonna pay over $107 for a fan? That's a piece of junk. I feel like I just wasted my money and time. I think a lot of people bought this too. Don't buy this item. It's a scam item. That's why I'm reporting it.
