Paid $70 for a dress that was nothing like the ad

I ordered a garment from this site www.qizicha.com after seeing the ad. It looked really nice in the pictures. I paid $70 for it.

What showed up in the mail was completely different. Not even close to what they advertised. The fabric was cheap and the fit was all wrong. It felt like a totally different product.

I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (213) 840-0123 but nobody ever got back to me. I just want my money back but I don't think that's going to happen.
