Dress I ordered from Qizicha looks nothing like the photo

I ordered a dress from Qizicha and what I got is totally different from the picture. The material is not the same at all. The style and design are completely off.

It cost me about $74 and I feel like I just threw my money away. The photo online showed something nice, but the actual dress is cheap and nothing like it. I don't know what to do now.
