Ordered from qizicha.com and got something totally different

I ordered from qizicha.com and what showed up was not what they had on the website. The material is different, the color is off, and the quality is just bad. Total waste of money.

I spent $150 on this and they won't give me a refund. They also said I have to pay for shipping to send it back which is ridiculous. When I tried to talk to them about it they started using harassment tactics to try and get me to not return it. Just really shady all around.

Ordered from qizicha.com and never got my items

I placed an order on qizicha.com and paid $116.36 for some merchandise. I never received anything. There's no phone number to call or any real way to contact them. I tried emailing their support address, [email protected], and just got no reply at all. The site took my money and that was it.
