Ordered glasses from Facebook ad and site is gone now

I ordered glasses off a Facebook ad and got a confirmation email saying it was coming from China. They gave me a China Post tracking number that never updated on their site but if I looked it up on another tracker it showed it moving all the way to Flint, MI. That was about a week ago and nothing since.

Now the website is unreachable. I paid $54.37 and I just want my money back or the glasses.
