Charged again for a service I already said I didn't want
So a whole year goes by and they charged me $200 for another annual subscription. I emailed them within 24 hours asking them to cancel and give me my money back. They said no refund. I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager a few times and nobody ever got back to me about it.
