Paid $11 then got charged $133 with no refund after canceling

I signed up for some QR thing that said it was free but then they wanted money. I paid $11 for one month. Then they charged me $133. I cancelled right away and asked for a refund but nobody ever got back to me.

I had to dispute it with my credit card company because they just ignored me. Still haven't heard anything from them.
