Bought a water cleaner and the canister fell apart after one use

I bought a quantum vacuum water cleaner. The water canister just dissolved after the first use, like it wasn’t made for water or something. I tried contacting the company but nobody answers. So I ordered another canister from their site and they sent the wrong size.

I sent it back with the old canister. They returned it unopened, didn’t even look at it. By now I have about 450.00 invested in a bum machine and can’t get a response. I’ve sent multiple emails. It’s a terrible company.
