My lab results were hacked and changed at Quest Diagnostics

Every three months I have to use Quest Diagnostics. I found out someone named Genevieve Bolden hacked their system. She was viewing and changing my private lab results.

The report had all kinds of wrong numbers that didn't match the tests. The numbers were alarmingly high. When I went to Quest in August, my personal insurance was removed from the system. The codes were gone too. The information my doctor asked for was missing, even after the nurse and I put it in right there. They also replaced my new identity with my old one.

Then I got a call from a scammer telling me I was a diabetic. No doctor ever told me that. This is playing with my health to try and ruin me.
