Getting harassing emails and calls for an ad we never authorized

For years now, they keep calling and saying we authorized some advertisement. They try to get your credit card to pay for it. When you don't pay and tell them it's not authorized, they start yelling. They said they'll keep harassing us for the next ten years.

Now for almost a year, we get these automated invoices multiple times a day through QuickBooks. They come from [email protected]. The address on them is in Montreal. We can't block the emails because they come through the accounting software.

They call from (833) 669-0947. It's just constant. We never signed up for anything and no money was taken, but the harassment doesn't stop.
