Letter saying I owe money for a Covid test from 2022

I got a letter in the mail from some company saying I owe $1,000.00 for a Covid test from back in 2022. The letter had a website pay.yourmedicalbill.com and an email [email protected]. Also had an address on Culver Blvd in Culver City.

I don't even remember getting a test that would cost that much. The whole thing felt off. There was no real company name I recognized on the letter, just that website and a phone number (310) 905-6441. I didn't pay anything but it's annoying getting stuff like this in the mail.
