Facebook ad for special liquor bottles turned into a mess

I saw an ad on Facebook for these special liquor bottles, really unique shapes and stuff. So I ordered some. Paid $60. Then the whole thing went sideways.

They gave me a fake delivery link from speedx.io. I tried to track the package but it was impossible. They kept saying it was returned by USPS and then returned again. But I had it shipped to a business that’s open 7 days a week with public hours. They claimed nobody was there to accept it. One time they even said the address was "undeliverable" but then tried two more deliveries after that.

There is no person to talk to. Their email is just "customer service" with no name. The phone number they give is 1-800-658-4192 but it doesn’t work. They just say contact the post office but I can’t do anything with fake tracking. They said they tried three times and then sent it back to speedx.io in Illinois. No help at all.
