Person on Pinterest pretended to be a romantic interest, asked for money

Someone contacted me on Pinterest pretending to be interested in me romantically. We ended up talking a lot on Whatsapp. For his birthday, I actually sent him a gift card. Then he gave me his banking details and told me to transfer money to myself from his account. I refused to do that.

He didn't pry after I said no, but I looked at the bank info he sent. All the transactions were really recent, and the deposit was from a name like Mark Zugerberg. I knew right then something was wrong. I made up an excuse to get off the phone and blocked him on everything.

This person has no social media presence at all. You can't even find the name online. I was already suspicious and I'm just glad I listened to my gut feeling.
