Ordered clothes from TikTok shop and it was all fake
Didn't get it in the time they said so I went to the website and started a chat with customer service. They told me it would be minimum 30 days from order date in June to ship, clear customs and deliver. I had no idea it was an overseas foreign company. The person selling on TikTok was American.
I had a tracking number and checked it daily, it showed progress for the order but I learned it was all fake. Fake company, fake website, fake emails, fake order number, fake tracking number. It says order and delivery completed on July 23 but it was not. Now I can't get any answers to my emails, no answers on their customer service chat, and none of their phone numbers work.
Ordered plus size clothes from TikTok shop and nothing showed up
It says delivered but nothing came. I cannot get a hold of anyone at all. No reply to emails or anything. Just nothing.
Ordered stuff online and never got it
Tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Looked into it more and found out they're actually shipping from China. So I think it was a scam. Just want people to know.
Bought clothes from a website and never got them
Sent them another email asking what was going on. No response at all. Just nothing back. So I never got my clothes and they kept my money.
