Ordered clothes with fake tracking number never got anything

I saw this place offering clothes in multiples at a discount so I ordered. They charged my credit card $39.99 and gave me a tracking number. But the tracking number is fake. It says the item was delivered but I never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] and no one responds. They just took my money and that's it.
