Ordered from a TikTok site and never got my stuff twice

I ordered something from a site I found on TikTok, it was like 30 bucks. Never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would reship it. So I waited and the tracking said delivered after a few days but nothing showed up at my door.

Same thing happened again. They just kept saying they’d send it and the tracking would say delivered but I got nothing. I don’t know what else to do.

Ordered clothes with fake tracking number never got anything

I saw this place offering clothes in multiples at a discount so I ordered. They charged my credit card $39.99 and gave me a tracking number. But the tracking number is fake. It says the item was delivered but I never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] and no one responds. They just took my money and that's it.
