Ad for rainbow water guns took my money but never sent them

I saw this ad on my phone for rainbow water guns for my grandkids. It said buy 1 at $19.99 and get a second for half off. Seemed like a good deal so I went for it.

They took the money out of my account on June 12, 2026. $39.00 total. And nothing has been delivered. No tracking number, no email, nothing. I don't even know the company name because it wasn't on the ad.
