Ordered a hydraulic pump online, said it was delivered but I never got it

I ordered a hydraulic pump from ramtion.com. They took my money, $36.95. Then they said it was delivered on 02/21/2026 by JCEX. But I never received anything. It never showed up.

I tried to contact them about it, but I can't even call. The phone number they have is no good, it has too many numbers in it. So there's just no way to reach them. I paid for something I never got.
