Signed up with Randstad and now the app feels off

I signed up for Randstad USA employment agency and they filled out all my start paperwork. I got onboarded into their system and had an interview set up. The person interviewing me is Alejandro Sancheztulais and they missed the interview. Never returned my call or email for a reschedule or follow up.

Also the Randstad App seems fishy now that I'm in it. There's no easy way to delete your banking information or to quit their job service. I don't know what to do about it.
