Owner took my deposit for cheer uniforms and disappeared

I ordered cheer uniforms through Rantro Sports. The guy Talal Chaudhry reached out to our youth sports group. He seemed legit at first. I paid him a $3000 deposit. Then nothing. No uniforms ever showed up. He stopped answering calls. I have the flyer he sent out. He does this to other organizations too I guess. Just takes the money and runs.
