Ordered a storage bag but got a cheap plastic sack instead

I ordered from rarelittle.com and what I got was nothing like what they showed. The picture made it look like a nice structured storage bag but what showed up was this flimsy crappy plastic thing. By the time I got it they had already taken that listing down so I could not even compare.

But I found the exact same item I ordered listed under a different name on their site—"Children's Doll storage bag"—for only $32. I paid $99. The quality is so bad I could have bought something like it locally for $5.

I contacted their support team and they will not give me a return label like their website says. They just offered me $10 back. I sent them a picture showing the thumbnail of what I thought I was getting and then the actual bag on the right. It is not even close.
