Never got the ratchet straps I paid for, it's been four months.

I paid $40 for some ratchet straps online and I never received them. That was four months ago. I've made a few requests since then to ask about the delivery status. I never got a real update or my money back. Nothing ever showed up.

Ordered ratchet straps for Christmas, took my money and never sent them.

I ordered ratchet straps for my husband for Christmas. They took the money out, $64.94, and I never got the product. Nothing ever showed up. The address was listed as GA, USA. I tried to contact them but got nowhere. It just felt like a complete scam.
