Ordered AC units from TikTok ad and never got anything

I saw an ad on TikTok for a company called Raven selling Horseshoe AC units. I ordered two of them. Cost me about 98 bucks total.

The product never showed up. And then on top of that my bank card got used for some other charges I didn't make. So I lost the money for the units and had to deal with the fraudulent stuff too. No reply from them or anything.
