Ordered boots from ravenripple.top and never got them

I got an email from [email protected]. I placed an order for Dickies boots through their site. The total charge was $32.98.

The money came out of my account for the purchase. But I never received the boots. There's no tracking information and no reply when I try to contact them. It's been a while now and nothing has shown up. I just want my money back for an order I never got.
