Ordered a drum from Ravixia, website and tracking are gone

I saw a Facebook ad for a $40 hang drum and I ordered it from Ravixia back in January. They gave me a tracking number.
Then by February 22nd, both the Ravixia.com website and the tracking site just said "not found." They're completely gone. My money is gone too.
