Facebook page for truck cap took my money and tracking number is fake

I found this Facebook page for Ray's Truck Toppers Salvage House. I was looking to buy a cap for my pickup truck so I messaged them through Messenger. We agreed on a cap and a price. I sent the money through Zelle like they asked.

They gave me a delivery website that doesn't work and a tracking code that doesn't exist. Now they want me to pay some "refundable" insurance fee from a different phone number. I see now I got scammed out of almost $700.
