Preordered clothes a year ago and still no refund after they cancelled it

I placed a preorder for some clothing on March 15 2025, spent $163.30. Tried emailing them at [email protected] a few times but never got any response back. Then on March 3 2026 they just cancelled my order with no explanation at all. Still haven't gotten my money back. I looked around and saw a bunch of other people had the same thing happen to them. Their website is https://rbx-tactical.com/.
