Ordered from RCC Maine, got fake tracking and no items

I placed an order on the RCC Maine website, rccmaine.com, back on March 12th. Right after my payment went through, I got two emails. One was an order confirmation, and the other already had delivery details. That felt off immediately because I'd bought a few things and figured it would take days to even ship.

I emailed their customer service at [email protected] to ask for a real tracking number. They gave me one, but every time I try to look it up, the site says "tracking number not found." I've emailed them a few times about this and just get the same runaround. They keep saying the package was delivered, but the tracking number they provided still doesn't work when I check it. My last email to them was just today, April 2nd.

I'm out $76.06. Also, there's no phone number listed anywhere on their site to even call someone.
