Ordered planters from a website that never showed up

I ordered some wooden planters from this website https://www.rccmaine.com. They took the money and I got a tracking number but I could never actually check that the products were shipped or anything. The website just said order is on its way.

That was like 3 weeks ago. Nothing ever came. I had my bank stop the payment on it and reported it as a scam. I am glad my bank caught it because I was just waiting around.
