Charged for a subscription I never signed up for after buying a Bible study

I saw an ad to read the Bible in a year and bought it about three weeks ago. Today I saw they took $39.99 out of my account for some subscription service I never signed up for. When I ordered the Bible stuff, it automatically added another item to my cart that I didn't want or ask about. I just ignored it.

I called and spoke to a woman who sounded like she was from India. She would only give me half my money back. I told her I was going to call my bank and dispute the charge and report them to the BBB. Then she said she'd refund the full $39.99, but it would take 7 to 10 business days. While I was still on the phone with her, I could actually see the refund pending in my account.
