Facebook ad for a $4.90 book charged me $26.85 instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for a book. It was a fantasy romance about fairies, had black pages with white writing. The price was $4.90. So I clicked through and ordered it on readva.com.

There was nothing on the site that said anything about a different price or a subscription. Nothing. When I checked out it never even gave me a final total. Then they charged my account $26.85 for a book download. After that I got an email saying here is your download and you have 2 days to cancel a subscription I didn't even know I signed up for. No info on how to cancel it either.

I finally found a phone number for readva.com at 1(888) 884-0706. They said they gave me a refund but the money is not back in my account yet. They also go by shopperfwd.com and [email protected].
