Roof cleaning job left broken tiles and moss behind

I bought a service from Real Curb Appeal after seeing them on Facebook Marketplace. The first three times we set up a date for them to come out, nobody showed up. Finally on the fourth try they actually showed.

I talked to the guy cleaning my roof and asked him to be careful with the concrete tiles. After they were done I saw a few tiles had broken corners. Neither me or the guy from RCA could really say for sure if those corners were already broken before, so I just paid the full $449.

Now this week I looked closer at my roof and gutters. There is still moss in a bunch of spots on the roof and some gutters are still full of debris. I asked them to come back and finish the job or give me a full refund. They haven't replied to any of my messages. I have pictures.
