Ordered a shirt and dress but sizes were way off

I ordered 1 top and 1 dress from this site. The quality is absolutely terrible and the sizes are way wrong. The shirt doesn't even have a size on it anywhere. All made in China which was a surprise.

After sending them numerous emails they just refuse to give me a refund. I lost about 62 dollars. Also I noticed these same clothes are sold under very many different names online.
