Paid for lifetime upgrades to RealPlayer, now it says I'm on the free plan

I bought the premium version of RealPlayer from Real.com years ago. It clearly indicated it came with lifetime upgrades. I paid $42.79 for that.

Now, after a few years, the program is prompting me to upgrade to premium again. It shows my account as being on the 'free plan'. So the lifetime upgrade promise was not honored. I lost that money.

I checked their Facebook page and many other users have reported this exact same thing happening to them. It's a scam.
