Ordered from realtakai.com back in November and never got anything

I made a purchase on realtakai.com back on November 21st, 2025. It was $79 with shipping included and I paid with my debit card. By February it still hadn't showed up so I started sending emails to their support and also DMing them on Instagram. I never got any emails back and the Instagram replies were just prewritten messages that seemed automatic. Now it's mid April and they took down the whole website so I can't even look up my order or track anything.
