Robocall saying court papers will be served at my work

I keep getting these calls that go straight to a robocall. The woman says her name is Rebecca Ford and she’s going to serve me court appointed papers at my job or at my house. She tells me to call 484-403-1887 to stop it.

The voice always says “we are calling to inform” and then doesn’t even say a name or a city. It’s just blank there. I don’t know what this is about but it’s happened a bunch of times now.

I haven’t lost any money but it’s annoying and honestly a little creepy getting a call like that out of nowhere. The number that shows up is (530) 206-3521.
