Got a text about back taxes from someone named Rebecca James Josh

I keep getting this message. It tells me to call because I have back taxes. The names they've used is Rebecca James Josh. They want me to call to fix my back taxes. The number they give is (877) 580-0362 and it says the address is in OH, USA. I never signed up for anything from them. It just feels off, like they're trying to get me to call about something I don't owe.
