Got a weird voicemail about taxes from a number I don't know

I got a voicemail from someone saying she's Rebecca Molina. She said her agent ID is 20032 and she's with the tax review unit. The message told me to call back at (877) 580-0362.

It felt off. I don't know this number or this person. I never got any mail or anything about this. I didn't call back. I just wanted to note this happened.
