Phone call saying I could reduce my tax debt

Someone named Rebecca Morgan called me saying she was from the tax resolution review department. She said she was looking at my file and there might be ways to reduce some of my tax debt. She told me to press one or call her back at 866-771-4945.

I didn’t ask for this call and I don’t know how they got my number. I’m not sure if this is even real. The number they called from was 1(475) 379-7495.

I didn’t lose any money but it felt strange. Just wanted to report it.
