Ordered a reborn doll and got a cheap, hard fake instead

I ordered two dolls from reborndollsshop.com for my daughter's birthday. One was a mystery doll for about $50 and the other was a reborn doll for $83, so the total was $156.97. The mystery doll showed up and it wasn't great, but I figured whatever.

Then the silicone doll arrived and it was definitely not what I ordered. It was advertised as silicone, but it wasn't. When I contacted them, the supplier said it was "silicone vinyl." It was hard, not soft or squishy like in the pictures. It didn't even look like the photo on the website. I thought they sent me a completely different doll.

So I said fine, I'll just return it for a refund. They offered me 10% back and wouldn't take the doll back. That's only $8.29 from an $82.99 doll. When I said no, I want to return it, they just stopped replying to me.
