Ordered a sauna with HSA money, no delivery and no refund
So on June 1 I sent an email asking where it was and they said it would ship June 24. Still nothing. We called them on Friday June 26 and spoke to someone and asked for a full refund. They said they would process it and get back to us by end of day. They never did. On June 28 we asked for a status update and reminded them we requested a refund. On June 29 they replied saying the sauna had been handed to the carrier and they could not give any other updates. We emailed back asking for proof of shipment because at this point we don’t believe anything they say. We have sent three more emails since and got nothing back. We are just getting nowhere with them.
