Preordered from redlineskin.com and lost almost $3600

I ordered something from redlineskin.com back on April 15th. It was a preorder for a May shipment and I paid $3,598.00. Got an email on April 28th saying it would ship end of May.

So May 26th I emailed asking about it. They said mid-June now because of production issues. June 10th I asked again, they said June 24th. On June 24th I emailed again and they said June 30th. I told them if it didn't ship by June 30th to cancel my order.

June 30th I emailed to cancel. July 6th I asked for a status on the cancellation, no response. Then July 8th I got an email saying it shipped with a tracking number HOA36515017, supposed to arrive July 13th. That tracking was bogus.

July 15th I tried to email them again but [email protected] is undeliverable now. Their website redlineskin.com is flagged as a scam by Norton. The phone number (949) 431-0247 doesn't work either. So I'm out almost $3600 and can't even contact them.
